Using local materials like granite stones, aluminum, and glass eliminates the need for woodwork, providing a cost-effective and sustainable solution that is easy to sanitize in times of a pandemic. The design concept includes built-in furniture for the residential redesign of the flat. Walls have been shifted to bring in more daylight and merge the indoor garden in the balcony into the living area, enhancing the quality of life by organizing and optimizing spaces. The built-in furniture is easy to maintain and lasts as long as the life of the flat.

Luxury baths and kitchens are redesigned by shifting walls and redesigning electrical and plumbing systems. Extra storage space and wardrobes are accommodated through effective spatial planning, allowing for free-flowing movement for lavish and organized day-to-day activities. Very narrow balconies have been converted into exotic sunbathing and seating areas with storage underneath. Local granite stones and Kadappa stones used in the project celebrate the existence of the oldest natural building material in modern times. The design philosophy adheres to a minimalistic style, offering simple yet functional design that requires basic craftsmanship.

Granite stone slabs, in combination with aluminum sections and ACP sheets, replace woodwork in interior design to save trees. Built-in furniture is designed to meet the needs of millions of people in competitive transferable/changeable jobs and is easy to sanitize in times of a pandemic. Showcases, libraries, work desks, sunbathing areas with under storage, and modular kitchens are all designed using granite stone slabs in combination with aluminum sections, ACP sheets, and tiles, providing a creative and long-lasting, maintenance-free, and cost-effective solution that eliminates the use of wood for a greener solution in interior design. This promotes local building materials and craftsmanship, allowing for a budget-friendly solution in design.
